Do you understand intellectual property rights (IPR)?
The LI I had an email recently from someone recently concerned that members should be acknowledging the source of material used in joint bids. But IPR goes beyond the matter of copyright. For instance, did you know that registering your company name at Companies House does not – as commonly assumed – give wider protection for it?
